Delivery times and methods

Delivery of products in Italy and Europe usually takes place within 24/48 hours of shipment.
At the time of shipment you will receive an email with the link to the web page from which you can always check the status of your shipment.

We have adopted all the tools and attention necessary for the delivery service to take place within 24/48 hours of shipment, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances relating to courier disservices.
However, it will be in our interest to try to resolve any inconvenience that may arise, even for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

Have you had any problems with the products you received?

If the answer is yes, please proceed as follows:

  1. (if you have the possibility) take some photos of the products received, to confirm any defects.

  2. write to us at info@floriusshop.it or directly from the contact page here with the following information:

    • your order number and/or your surname

    • any photos you managed to take

    • the description of the problem with the quantity of the damaged product

Attention: we recommend that you proceed with the report within 24 hours of receiving the package, as these are fresh products.

Don't worry, don't be alarmed! Let's solve the problem in the best possible way!
Usually, once the problem has been verified, we proceed with the return of the products, either by creating a discount voucher for the same amount, or by refunding the amount of the goods.

Terms and conditions of use of Florius

We invite you to read the conditions below carefully, and to print and/or save them on another durable medium of your choice. This site (hereinafter the "Site") is owned by Florius.

1. General conditions

These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other condition, unless written derogation. florius reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale, it is therefore necessary to read them again before placing an order on the site www.floriusshop.com These modifications will be immediately enforceable against the Customer, starting from their diffusion and cannot be applied to concluded contracts previously. florius considers that, by confirming his order, the Customer has read and accepted without reserve the present general conditions of sale. 5. Products

The images of the products on the Site are to be considered purely illustrative and not binding. The weights of the products offered on the Site are to be considered indicative. The actual weight is determined only when the product is prepared, and can vary up to 20% more or less than what is indicatively proposed on the Site. However, the price will not undergo any variation with respect to what is indicated at the time of the order. Unless otherwise indicated in the description, or in the product title, the category of products on sale is to be considered "First".

6. Order acceptance

The order sent by the Customer will be binding for www.FloriusShop.com only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any highlighting of error messages from the Site. In your e-mail box the The customer will receive confirmation of the order placed with a summary of the products, the relative prices and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order itself.

7. Cancellation of the order

In addition to the provisions of point "8", the Customer can cancel the entire order only within 24 hours before the working day following the sending of the order. Any cancellation request received by florius beyond the permitted terms will be considered non-applicable. There is no modification of an order already received by florius, it will therefore be necessary to cancel the incorrect order and subsequently repeat the purchase of the desired products from the Site. To cancel an order, you must send an email using the appropriate form to contact us, indicating the exact order reference number.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, can return the same products or waive the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in prepayment location.

Method of exercise: To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following the delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, by sending a communication containing all the necessary and useful information for correct processing of the return and refund procedure.

This communication must necessarily contain all of the following: a. the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract; b. the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order with respect to which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal; c. the description and codes of the Products with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised. The refund, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the communication via registered mail mentioned above.

Following receipt of the communication with which the Customer communicates his willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller, having verified that the requirements indicated above are met, will agree, also via e-mail, with the Customer the methods with which to carry out the return of the products.

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, reference is made to Legislative Decree 185/99 "implementation of directive 97/7 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts". For any dispute concerning these Conditions or the sale of products, the Court of Turin will be competent.

Pay with PayPal

PayPal is a secure online payment system which requires the opening of an account with PayPal.
PayPal is a fast and secure payment system. We invite you to consider opening a PayPal account. You can do it with a few clicks directly on the paypal site.
Concluding a purchase with this type of payment, a page on the PayPal site will be displayed where you can enter your personal e-mail address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new one. After registering, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects buyer information.
